    • Abstract:
CT aorta angiogram showed a focus of active contrast extravasation amidst ill-defined areas of mixed density abdominal collection in the central mesentery, compatible with active mesenteric bleeding with surrounding intraperitoneal haematoma. The back door, pseudoaneurysm sac of the aberrant pancreatic branch of the common hepatic artery, front door and tiny collateral supply from the superior mesenteric artery were all successfully embolised. Coeliac and superior mesenteric angiogram showed a small pseudoaneurysm from an aberrant pancreatic branch of the common hepatic artery. [Extracted from the article]
