    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
The article identifies human trafficking as a global problem and public policy actions at the national level, in order to analyze its magnitude and the interstices with migratory dynamics. The investigation is carried out in the Colombian context as a country of origin, transit and destination of human trafficking. It welcomes approximately 37% of the Venezuelan migrant population, of which 56% is in an irregular condition. The methodology is based on a critical analysis of congruence that has allowed the process to be traced sequentially from documentary sources and field work. The results propose articulation and coordination challenges considering trafficking as a multi-offensive and multidimensional phenomenon. Making a balance between institutional logic and the reality of lack of protection and increased vulnerabilities in Pandemic contexts. Originality combines narrative, historical sequence, and critical analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
