This study was conducted to investigate the level of work-family conflict and level of job satisfaction, also the relationship between work-family conflicts with the job satisfaction among teachers in secondary schools in Johor Bahru. The data of this study were collected through the Work-Family Conflict Scale and the Job Satisfaction Survey in order to determine the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The respondents of this study consisted of 127 teachers from secondary schools around Johor Bahru were selected via convenience sampling method. The results of this study were found that there is low level of work-family conflict among teachers, meanwhile the level of job satisfaction is moderate. Besides, there is a significant negative relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction among teachers in secondary schools around Johor Bahru. This study also presents some research limitations and suggestions for future improvement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
