- Abstract:
Praise be to God for what he understood and blessed with his success and goodness, and may blessings and peace be upon the end of his laws and messages for his people and his neighbors, and for his family and companions, the people he met and his affection, and for those who followed them with goodness until the day we met him with his consent, and after: The books of fatwas of jurisprudence have a great significance among the compilations of the jurists, and how not, and it is the practical field for training students on what has been codified and decided on the general rules and partial branches. Therefore, our scholars, may God have mercy on them, sought to restrict their fatwas, codify them, and transmit them to students after them generation after generation, and from whom elites were transferred to us. One of the fatwas of the scholar Amira Al-Burulli - may God have mercy on him - and I did not see those who dealt with them study and investigation, so I sought to achieve them in order to benefit from them, and I presented this with an introductory study in the study of the life of the author and the author includes five demands:The first requirement: the life of the author and his scientific biography. The second requirement: the subject of the thesis and its attribution to the author. The third requirement: the author’s approach to the thesis.Fourth requirement: Description of handwritten copies. The fifth requirement: the investigation method.I have relied on documenting the translations of those whose names were mentioned on the most prominent translation books, such as biographies of the flags of the nobles, the history of Islam, the great Shafi’i classes and other books of translations. I also relied on documenting the texts transmitted on the sources to which the author referred, which was available in my hands such as the great container and Rawdat al-Talibin and other mothers of books Shafi’i jurisprudence. And yet: This is the effort of the insecurities and the work of those who see the opinion and disagree with it in the next day, what was right in it is from God alone, and what was wrong in it, it is from myself and Satan, and God and His Messenger is innocent, and may God bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions and peace a lot.
