      The article explores the health benefits and disadvantages of several dried fruits. Apricots are sources of cell-protecting antioxidants beta-carotene and vitamin E. It suggests opting for banana chips that are dehydrated instead of fried chips such as the Bare Baked Crunchy Simply Banana Chips. Also noted is the anti-inflammatory enzyme bromelain found in pineapple in any form.
