LJUBLJANA WAR TERRITORY MILITARY COURT JUDGEMENTS IN THE SUMMER OF 1945. (English)
- Abstract:
The article analyses the functioning of the Ljubljana War Territory Military Court in the summer of 1945. It presents judgements delivered to people from the Gorenjska region. Military courts began their operation following the decree from May 1944, however, their work was in full swing after the end of the Second World War. At the same time judgements were passed also by the Court of Slovenian National Honour. There are no death sentences among the analysed judgements. Most people were sentenced to the loss of freedom with forced labour and loss of political and citizen rights. On August 3, 1945, the Order on general amnesty, excused all convicts from forced labour. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
- Abstract:
Članek analizira delovanje Vojaškega sodišča ljubljanskega vojnega področja poleti leta 1945. V članku so predstavljene sodbe ljudem, ki so prihajali s področja Gorenjske. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
