    • Abstract:
The Monitoring the Future (MTF) study conducted by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) every year shows higher‐than‐ever marijuana use by college students this year. According to the survey, released Sept. 8, the prevalence — 44% in the past year — is the highest since the 1980s. The survey also found that vaping of marijuana and nicotine leveled off after sharp increases since 2017. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
