سرقة المال العام. (Arabic)

Money is one of the five necessities that came by Islamic law and laid the foundations and principles in how to acquire and collect، and how to spend، and how to develop and invest، in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of Sharia. Since the money can be divided into private and public funds، I saw it appropriate to write in an old subject، but renewed as one of the faces of corruption and fraud in the plundering of public money، theft of public money، which is a felony and aggression against the money of every Muslim. المال أحد الضروريات الخمس التي جاءت بها الشريعة الإسلامية ووضعت له اسسا ومبادئ في كيفية اكتسابه وتحصيله، وكيفية انفاقه، وكيفية تنميته واستثماره، بما يكفل توافقه مع أحكام ال رشع . ولما كانت الاموال يمكن تقسيمها الى أموال خاصة وعامة، رأيت من المناسب الكتابة في موضوع قديم، ولكنه متجدد باعتباره أحد وجوه الفساد والاحتيال في انتهاب المال العام، وهو سرقة المال العام، الذي هو جناية وعدوان على مال كل احد من المسلمين .
