After Hamadullah and his success in achieving this manuscript، which is (summarizing the statement in the signs of Mahdi last time): I will review some of the results reached in achieving this manuscript: 1. It is rich so that no poor person will receive zakaah، so the land will be rewarded and just as it is filled with injustice and injustice. 4. Second: Marks after his departure: Of them، open in his time the fortresses and the defenses of Constantinople and Rome، and he and his soldiers shall be divided into the sea، as he was separated from the children of Israel. ملخص البحثبعد حمد الله وتوفيقه على تحقيق هذه المخطوطة وهي )تلخيص البيان في علامات مهدي آخر الزمان(: سوف استعرض بعض النتائج التي توصلت لها في تحقيقهذه المخطوطة:1 . اجمع جمهور علماء اهل السنة والجماعة على ان المهدي اسمه محمد بن عبدالله ومولده بالمدينة المنورة وظهوره في مكة المكرمة وهجرته بيت المقدس.2 .يخرج من مكة في شهر محرم يوم عاشوراء بعد العشاء فيبايع بين الركن والمقام ويبايعه عدة اهل بدر يعني الاشراف، يخرج وعلى راسه غمامة وفي رواية على راسهملك ينادي له هذا المهدي فاتبعوه ومعه راية رسول الله  ومكتوب عليها البيعة لله تعالى.3 . له كرامات وقت خروجه منها:أولا: ترعى الشاة مع الذئب وتلعب الصبيان مع الحيات والعقارب.ثانيا: تلقى الارض افلاذ كبدها من الذهب والفضة وتملئ قلوب امة محمد  غنى بحيث لا يبقى فقير يقبل الزكاة، فيملا الارض قسطا وعدلا كما ملئت ظلماوجورا.4 . له علامات قبل وبعد خروجه منها:اولا: علامات قبل خروجه: منها، خسف الارض بجيش السفياني بالبيداء بين مكة والمدينة، وخسف قرية بغوطة الشام تسمى حرستا.ثانيا: علامات بعد خروجه: منها، يفتح في زمنه حصون ومداين القسطنطينية ورومية فينفلق له ولجنوده البحر كما فلق لبني اسرائيل ويستخرج من هذه المدن، حلىبيت المقدس، والتابوت الذي فيه السكينة، وعصى موسى، ومنبر سليمان، ثم بعدها يتجه الى بيت المقدس ثم بعدها يظهر المسيح الدجال من مدينة اصبهانويحاصر المهدي في بيت المقدس ثم بعدها يظهر سيدنا عيسى عليه الصلاة والسلام.
