عليل بالاحترامِ َّ أثرُ الت في الأحكام الفقهية مع غير الإنسان -دراسة فقهية مقارنة-. (Arabic)

إن اغلب الاحكام الشرعية في الشريعة الاسلامية جاءت معللة بعلل عرفت او لم تعرف، فقد تحدث القرآن الكريم و السنة النبوية الشريفة بها، وبما ان تعليل احكام الشرعية امر عام فقد ارتأيت ان اكتب عن الاحكام المعللة بالاحترام في الانسان والحيوان والجماد، وبما ان التعليل بأحترام الانسان مكتوب فيه فقد كتبت عن التعليل بالاحترام عن الحيوان والجماد. وقد وزعت على الابواب الفقهية كالعبادات ومنها حكم إزالة النجاسة بماء زمزم ، ومس المصحف بدون طهارة، والاستنجاء بالطعام والورق، وكذلك ذكرت بعض المسائل في باب الصيد والذبائح كالتعرض للصيد في الحرم وأ كل لحم الفرس والجلوس على القبر. وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.
