- Abstract:
The majority of the Shariah provisions in Islamic law are explained by a number of known or will not know, has spoken the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and since the explanation of the provisions of legitimacy is a general thing I have to write about the reasoned provisions with respect in human, animal and inanimate and that reasoning with respect for human Written in it has written about the explanation with respect for animal and beauty. It has been distributed to doctrinal doors such as worship, including the rule of impurity removal Zamzam water and Mus Mushaf without purity and Istinja food and paper, as well as mentioned some issues in the door of hunting and sacrifices such as exposure to hunting in the Sacred and eating horse meat and sit on the grave. إن اغلب الاحكام الشرعية في الشريعة الاسلامية جاءت معللة بعلل عرفت او لم تعرف، فقد تحدث القرآن الكريم و السنة النبوية الشريفة بها، وبما ان تعليل احكام الشرعية امر عام فقد ارتأيت ان اكتب عن الاحكام المعللة بالاحترام في الانسان والحيوان والجماد، وبما ان التعليل بأحترام الانسان مكتوب فيه فقد كتبت عن التعليل بالاحترام عن الحيوان والجماد. وقد وزعت على الابواب الفقهية كالعبادات ومنها حكم إزالة النجاسة بماء زمزم ، ومس المصحف بدون طهارة، والاستنجاء بالطعام والورق، وكذلك ذكرت بعض المسائل في باب الصيد والذبائح كالتعرض للصيد في الحرم وأ كل لحم الفرس والجلوس على القبر. وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.
