    • Abstract:
      The globalization processes that have specified modern society in recent decades have also influenced the negotiation process. Globalization refers to the continuous integration and interconnectedness of global business, as well as reducing trade barriers. The more trade barriers are falling, the more the world is being globalized and businessmen from different nations and cultures can do business with each other. The purpose of this study is to analyze the global business negotiations in terms of the cultural framework and to outline some factors influencing intercultural negotiations in order to avoid barriers and failures in the international business arena. It is stated that understanding cultural differences can improve business performance. The article is based on a literature review, views and analytical reflections on the nature of intercultural business negotiations in terms of cultural differences. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
