      After 10 treatments, improvement was noted and after 30 treatments (a total course dose of 76.5 J/cm SP 2 sp ), full remission was achieved and the NB-UVB was stopped (Fig. Based on reports of natural sunlight exposure improving EAC,1 treatment with NB-UVB phototherapy was initiated with reference to the patient's Fitzpatrick skin phototype.
