The article highlights the significance of the service offered at the Brightline private railroad in Florida in light of the failures of Amtrak in the U.S. Topics discussed include the presence of helpful staff, food and drink outlets and a play area for children at the MiamiCentral station compared with the Amtrak Lakefront station in Ohio, implication of the declining U.S. spending in railroad, and the need for the government to allow private businesses to manage the transportation system.
