    • Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the combined effects of different scanning schemes and sharp convolution kernels on radiation dose and quality of coronary stent images. Methods We randomly divided 60 patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention into new and conventional scanning mode groups ( n = 30 in each group) . Data from coronary computed tomography (CT)angiography were collected,and the original data were used to reconstruct different sharp convolution kernels (I46f and I50f) . The radiation dose and image quality were evaluated. Results The radiation dose in the new scanning mode group was significantly lower than that in the conventional scanning mode group ( P < 0.05) . No significant difference in the image noise and stent image quality score was found between groups ( P > 0.05) . Image noise measurements were significantly different between the new and conventional scanning mode groups when combined with different sharp convolution kernels ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion Prospective electrocardiographic gating combined with a double-low scanning mode based on body mass index could reduce the radiation dose of coronary artery CT scanning and produce the optimal image of coronary stents when combined with sharp convolution kernel I46f.       探讨不同扫描方案联合不同锐利卷积核在辐射剂量上的差异和对冠状动脉支架图像显示的影响。方法 将60例 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者随机分成前瞻性心电门控合并以患者体质量指数 (BMI) 为分类标准的低电压低剂量对比剂 扫描模式组 (新扫描模式组) 和回顾性心电门控合并固定剂量对比剂扫描模式组 (常规扫描模式组),每组30例。进行冠状动脉 CT血管造影数据采集,将采集到的原始数据进行不同锐利卷积核 (I46f和I50f) 重建,评价辐射剂量和图像质量。结果 新扫描 模式组有效辐射剂量明显低于常规扫描模式组 ( P < 0.05)。2组比较,图像噪声和支架图像质量评分的差异无统计学意义 ( P > 0.05)。新扫描模式组和常规扫描模式组联合不同锐利卷积核 (I46f和I50f) 重建出的4组图像比较,支架管腔噪声的差异有统计 学意义 ( P < 0.05),其中新扫描模式组联合卷积核I46f时支架管腔噪声最低。结论 采用前瞻性心电门控合并以患者BMI为分类 标准的双低扫描模式进行冠状动脉CT扫描可以降低辐射剂量,同时联合锐利卷积核I46f对冠状动脉支架显示的效果最佳。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
