COVID 19 MYOCARDITIS A MAJOR CARDIOVASCULAR EFFECT-REVIEW OF CLINICAL DATA. (English)
    • Abstract:
SARS-CoV-2 infection represents a major global health problem. The clinical feature is polymorphic, the cardiovascular damage being frequently considered responsible for death. Myocardial damage, even if it is suspected on clinical and laboratory criteria, is not clearly confirmed by imaging or morphological means, the pathophysiology of myocardial damage has not yet been elucidated. All this has a direct consequence, a partially ineffective therapeutic approach. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
