PROJECT OF BRUNO LATOUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY: THE CATEGORICAL IMPERATIVE OF THE SUBJECTIVITY OF NATURE AND A NEW FORM OF THE POLITICAL COMMUNITY. (English)

The article presents an experimental project of the French post-humanist Bruno Latour, whose reflection aims to find a new conceptual model of environmental policy. In order to find new meanings of the interaction of politics and nature, Latour suggested carrying out a «metaphysical inversion» - to abandon the dichotomy of modernity and recognize the categorical imperative of the subjectivity of nature, and, consequently, to determine the prospects for constructing a «future civilization» in which «non-human ( non-humans) actors” will participate on an equal basis with humans. The article analyzes the problems of «growing climatic skepticism» and «stagnation of environmental policy», which, according to the radical philosophy of the Laturian project «politicians of nature», require a radical change in the system of political coordinates. Therefore, Latour says: «My alternative is to completely redo the origins of the concept of «nature» [7, 2017, p. 157] - non-humans should be included in the political process, and SCIENCE should become their «political voice». The modern philosopher is convinced that in the era of the New climatic regime, «Science is a part of the solution to political problems» [8, 2018, p. 50], and NEW POLITICAL ECOLOGY will allow Sciences «to discover completely new aspects of humanism» [8, 2018, p. 62], because, finally, «white coats» (scientists) will become «official representatives » of non-human beings and will be able to express their interests, that is, become a «bridge» between two worlds: the world of non-humans and the world of humans, namely this will create a new political community - the COLLECTIVE. In the conceptual design of the Latour environmental policy, the COLLECTIVE, which is formed on the basis of two complex operations - the multiplication of creatures (a combination of many associations of people (humans) and non-humans) and their combinations and unions, acts as a basic integrating element in the process of constructing a new «common world» - PLURIVERSUM.
