In this article, the author presents his views on role of vegetarianism to prevent pandemic. Topics discussed include importance of self-control to maintaining a vegetarian diet; paradigm shift from meat consumption to plant-based alternatives; and association of vegetarianism with many Dharmic traditions (beliefs) that originated in ancient India.
