- Abstract:
Born: February 15, 1995 Occupation: Musician Rapper Megan Thee Stallion enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top of the pop charts, making waves with her smooth-flowing vocals and trademark focus on sexually charged themes. Critics also greeted Fever enthusiastically, hailing Megan as an heir to both pioneer female rappers and the booming Southern hip-hop scene. It became Megan's first number one hit, and a remix featuring pop star Beyoncé - one of Megan's idols - soon followed. But it was her feature appearance on fellow rapper Cardi B's joyfully explicit 2020 single "WAP" that perhaps best encapsulated Megan's style: rowdy and raunchy with devastatingly precise technique.
