The provisions of aqeeqah in Islamic law. (English)

The aqeeqah is one of the established Sunnahs of the Messenger - may blessings and peace be upon him But it is almost from the forgotten Sunnah that only a few people work with, so this research came to revive one of the Sunnahs of the Chosen One - may blessings and peace be upon him - and to introduce people to this Sunnah, its rulings and what is related to it so that it finds its way into practical application. And until the Sunnah replaced the pre-Islamic customs that many people became accustomed to, until the rulings of Sharia became strange to Muslims and unfortunately, and the pre-Islamic customs became prevalent and predominant.- She explained the meaning of the 'aqeeqah and its ruling, the wisdom of it, its time, number, gender, age, description, and the person who slaughtered it. إ ن العقيق ة ) من السن ن الثابت ة عن الرسو ل – عليه الصلاةُ والسلام-، ولك نها تكادُ تكونُ من السن ن المنسي ة التي لا يعملُ بها إلا قليلٌ من الناس، لذلك جا ء هذا البحثُ من أج ل إحيا ء سن ة من سن ن المصطفى – عليه الصلاة والسلا م- ولتعريف النا س بهذه السنة وبأحكا مها وما يتعلقُ بها حتى تجد طريقها إلى التطبيق العملي، وحتى ت حُ ل السننُ مح ل العادات الجاهلية التي اعتا د عليها كثيرٌ من الناس حتى غدت أحكا م الشرع غريب ة لدى المسلمين وللأسف الشديد ، وصارت العادات الجاهلية هي السائدة والغالبة، فبينت معنى العقيقة، وحكمها، والحكمة منها، ووقتها، وعددها، وجنسها، وسنها، وصفتها، وعمن تذبح .
