- Abstract:
In his many works, Mr. Mohammed Shirazi (Qods) explains the importance of women and their prominent role in building society, and raising its level for the better, because of its effective impact within the family, which form the core of the social structure., And Islamic law gives special importance to women, which we have not seen in previous religions. If we look at history, we find that women in previous religions were oppressed, humiliated, and robbed of their most basic rights. The right of women such as female pessimism, and the infanticide of girls, and deprive women of their dowry and inheritance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

يوضح السيد محمد الشي ا رزي )قدس( في مؤلفاته الكثيرة أهمية الم أ رة ودورها البارز في بناء المجتمع ، ورفع مستواه نحو الأفضل ، لما لها من الأثر الفعال داخل الأسرة التي تشكل النواة الأساسية في البنية الاجتماعية. ، كما تعطي الشريعة الاسلامية أهمية خاصة للم أ رة ، لم نجد لها مثيلاً في الديانات السابقة ، فلو القينا نظرة عابرة على التاريخ لوجدنا أن الم أ رة في الأديان السابقة كانت مظلومة ، ومهانة ، ومسلوبة لأبسط حقوقها ، كذلك قضت الشريعة الإسلامية على جميع العادات القبلية والجاهلية التي كانت تمارس بحق الم أ رة كالتشاؤم بالأنثى ، و وأد البنات ، وحرمان الم أ رة من مهرها وأرثها.
