- Abstract: Electric automobiles come to the fore as a powerful alternative to automobiles with internal combustion engines in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and ensure energy efficiency. For this reason, many countries implement various incentive policies for both the production and sales of electric automobiles. In this context, consumer oriented tax incentives are an important and powerful mechanism that directly affect the sales of electric automobiles. Many EU member countries have various tax incentive arrangements in order to diffuse electric automobiles. In Turkey, there are some tax incentive arrangements for driving consumer preference to electric automobiles. In this study tax incentives in terms of natural people aimed at first hand electric automobiles in EU countries and Turkey will be explained and then will be evaluated comparatively. - Abstract: Elektrikli otomobiller, karbondioksit salınımının azaltılması ve enerji etkinliğinin sağlanması amacıyla içten yanmalı motora sahip otomobillere karşı güçlü bir alternatif olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır.
