    • Abstract:
The article discusses the effectiveness of the optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) in the identification and monitoring of macular ischemia linked with various retinal vascular anomalies. According to Doctor SriniVas Sadda, OCT-A can also be used in characterizing macular neovascularization and assessing choriocapillaris. Also cited is the feasibility of using OCT-A as alternative to fluorescein angiography to confirm macular neovascularization.
