Responsibility of the professional contact person in the media, a field study on a sample of reporters on Iraqi TV satellite channels. (English)

Operates professional responsibility is an important aspect of the existing concerns of contact in general on this basis was launched research our problem in this study to determine the nature of the role played by the (reporters) in the satellite television as one of the main tributaries in the media institutions so identified research problem standing on aspects of professional responsibility exercised by based communication and concerning actions taken in dealing with the information obtained from the field and learn as well as on the lines drawn by managing media organization and those who made it to an existing contact, As represented sample (70) reporter television workers in the Iraqi satellite channel has adopted a researcher on the sample available from the respondents and went out research group results by many correspondents adopt to get some information and news from other reporters because it could not be obtained in time this is a timely and important breach of the principle of the principles of the accuracy of the information, it turns out that the highest percentage in this area were employed in the formal channels or semi-official, told reporters from the other TV channels, The research found that there are still pressures on freedom of expression and opinion of many correspondents in the various television channels through the gagged user with reporters style on not to talk about specific or moving news or negative information about them or having some of the correspondents to ease the tone of the words that convey figures their news and information in order to preserve their personal lives. تعمل المسؤولية المهنية جانبا هاما من بدأت المخاوف الحالية للاتصال بشكل عام على هذا الأساس البحث مشكلتنا في هذه الدراسة لتحديد طبيعة الدور الذي يلعبه (المراسلون) في الفضائيات كأحد الروافد الرئيسية في حددت المؤسسات الإعلامية مشكلة البحث التي تقف على جوانب تمارس المسؤولية المهنية من خلال الاتصال القائم و بشأن الإجراءات المتخذة في التعامل مع المعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من المجال والتعلم وكذلك على الخطوط المرسومة من قبل إدارة التنظيم الإعلامي وأولئك الذين وصلوا إلى جهة اتصال موجودة ، كما تم تمثيل العينة (70) تبنى مراسل التلفزيون العاملين في القناة الفضائية العراقية أ الباحث على العينة المتاحة من المبحوثين وخرجوا تعتمد نتائج مجموعة البحث من قبل العديد من المراسلين للحصول على بعض المعلومات والأخبار من المراسلين الآخرين لأنه لا يمكن الحصول عليها في الوقت الحالي خرقًا هامًا وفي الوقت المناسب لمبدأ مبادئ دقة المعلومات ، اتضح أن أعلى نسبة في هذا المنطقة كانت تعمل في القنوات الرسمية أو شبه الرسمية ، للصحفيين من القنوات التلفزيونية الأخرى ، وجد البحث أنه لا تزال هناك ضغوط حول حرية التعبير والرأي لكثير من المراسلين في مختلف القنوات التليفزيونية من خلال المستخدم المكمم والمراسل بأسلوب عدم التحدث حول أخبار محددة أو مؤثرة أو معلومات سلبية عنها أو وجودها بعض المراسلين لتخفيف لهجة الكلمات التي تنقل الأرقام أخبارهم ومعلوماتهم حفاظا على حياتهم الشخصية.
