      In the article, the author discusses energy and climate change issues, particularly the so called green premium cost of shifting to zero-emission technologies from carbon-emitting technologies like fossil fuels. Also cited are the main contributors to climate change like manufacturing, electricity production and transportation, and the key role of U.S. states in advancing innovative technologies and policies toward zero emission.
