The Hadith Narrations of Abdul-Jabbar Bin Wail on the Authority of His Father Wail Bin Hijr Al-Hadhrami -Collective Authenticating Hadith Study. (English)

This research investigates the character of Abdul-Jabbar Bin Wael Bin Hijr Al-Hadramy and his narrations in Hadith books to identify the sayings of scholars about him. All Hadith narrators agree that he is trustfully narrator and he did not hear Hadith from his father, but they disagree about whether he saw his father or not as there are two opinions: Some say that his father died while his mother was pregnant, and some say that he saw his father according to Abdul-Jabbar words as he said: I was a very young boy who did not understand well the prayer of my father and Alqama bin Wael told me on the authority of Wael bin Abi Wael", and their inference is based on the rule stating that: The proven has superiority over the negation. We can say that he saw his father but did not narrate Hadith on his authority.The research included sixteen Hadith including two authentic Hadith, six authentic to others Hadith and three good Hadith and two weak Hadith). كمن أهمية هذا البحث في التعرف على شخصية عبد الجبار بن وائل بن حجر الحضرمي ومروياته عن أبيه في كتب الحديث للوقوف على أقوال العلماء في ذلك، وقد تبين أنه ثقة باتفاق أئمة الحديث، وأنه لم يسمع من أبيه، لكنهم اختلفوا في إدراكه لأبيه على قولين: فمنهم من رأى عدم إدراكه لأبيه حيث توفى وأمه حامل به، ومنهم من رأى إدراكه بدليل قول عبد الجبار:لقعألاًاملاغتنك"صلاة أبي فحدثني علقمة بن وائل عن أبي وائل ووجه استدلالهم: أن المثبت مقدم على النافي، وأنه لو لم يدرك أباه لم يقل هذا القول". ويمكن القول إنه أدرك أباه ولم يسمع منه لكونه كان صغيرا.،ًاثيدحرشعةتس(ةساردىلعثحبلالمتشادقومنها: حديثان صحيحان، وستة أحاديث صحيحة لغيرها، وثلاثة أحاديث حسنة، وثلاثة أحاديث حسنة .لغيرها، كل ذلك بما لها من الشواهد، وحديثان ضعيفان [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
