French prisoner life conditions are currently pointed. This article suggests exploring how the confrontation of two worlds, the care and the sentence, are producing discriminations in the take care by the sanitary staff. New occasions or loss of opportunities, without specific attention, these discriminations reflect the sanction irruption in health's territory. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
