Principle Governing of International Relation and Foreign Policy According to Islam. (English)

In this article, the principles of international relations and foreign policy in the perspective of Islam are analyzed. In this context two main points are emphasized. The first of these key points is to revealed the principles that regulate international relations in Islam. In this context, although not in all its dimensions, in this limited article, the principles governing these relations will be examined under three separate titles as peace prevailing in terms of their principal basis in the Qur'an, war and treaty. The second main point is to reveal the foreign policy of the Islamic State. In this context, the external relations of the Islamic State, as well as their principal bases in the Qur'an, Following the applications of the Prophet, as the relations of Muslim countries with each other and non-Muslim countries, are explained in two categories. Bu makalede İslam perspektifinde uluslararası ilişkileri ve dış politikayı düzenleyen esaslar irdelenmektedir. Bu bağlamda, iki temel nokta üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu temel noktaların ilki İslam'da uluslararası ilişkileri düzenleyen esasları ortaya koymaktır. Bu çerçevede tüm boyutlarıyla olmamakla beraber bu sınırlı makalede öncelikle bu ilişkileri düzenleyen esaslar, Kur'an'daki ilkesel dayanakları açısından barışın egemen olması, savaş ve antlaşma şeklinde üç ayrı başlık altında incelenecektir. İkinci temel nokta ise İslam Devleti'nin Müslüman ve Müslüman olmayan ülkelerle olan dış politikasını ortaya koymaktır. Bu çerçevede İslam Devleti'nin dış ilişkileri, Kur'an'daki ilkesel dayanaklarının yanı sıra Hz. Peygamber'in uygulamaları da takip edilerek Müslüman ülkelerin birbirleriyle ve gayri Müslim ülkelerle olan ilişkileri şeklinde iki kategoride açıklanmıştır. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
