The truce in comparative Islamic jurisprudence. (English)

The basic pillar of Islamic law is the concern for human life in all its aspects. It has initiated provisions that will preserve human life, because it achieves happiness for man in this world and the hereafter. These provisions included the relationship of the Muslim man with his Lord and himself and those around him, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims. The issue of the truce came from the important tools that the belong to the human being, so as to protect Muslims, secure prepare borders of the Islamic State, and to create the conditions to and prepare. الركن الاساسي في الشريعة الاسلامية هو الاهتمام بحياة الإنسان من جميع جوانبها، فش عرت أحكاماً من شأنها أن تحافظ على الحياة الانسانية، لأنها تحقق للإنسان السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة، وهذه الأحكام شملت علاقة الإنسان المسلم بربه وبنفسه وبمن حوله من الناس سواءً كانوا مسلمين أو غير مسلمين. فجاء موضوع الهدنة من الادوات المهمة التي تخص الانسان، بحيث جاءت لحماية المسلمين، وتأمين حدود الدولة الإسلامية، ولتهيئة الظروف للاستعداد وإعداد العدة.
