Appreciation in Arabic grammar definition - argument - explanation. (English)

This research deals with one of the issues of the origins of the Arabic grammar, which the grammatists inferred in many issues, which is the issue of «appreciation» This research seeks to clarify the concept of appreciation , and the difference of scholars in the origins of grammar in its definition, authenticity, and inference in Arabic grammar from the time of the Al-Farahidi era (175 AH) until the present day, and shows the difference of grammarians in taking it, or returning it. In addition to the foregoing, the research reveals an important aspect of the relationship of influence and influence among the principles of grammar and jurisprudence, by explaining the relationship between grammatical appreciation and juristic appreciation, and explaining the difference between them. The research was concluded with explaining the ailments that called for a saying of appreciation and deviation from the original, then it concluded the results of all of that. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

يعالجُ هذا البحثُ قضيةً منْ قضايا أصولِ النَّحوِ العربيِّ، استدلَّ بها النَّحْويُّون في مسائلَ كثيرةٍ، وهي قضيَّةُ «الاستحسان». ويسعى هذا البحثُ إلى استجلاء مفهومِ الاستحسانِ، واختلافِ علماءِ أصولِ النَّحوِ في تعريفِه، وحجِّيَّتِهِ، والاستدلالِ بهِ في النَّحوِ العربيِّ منذُ عصرِ الفراهيدي (ت ١٧٥ هـ) حتى العصر الحاضر، ويبيِّنُ اختلافَ النُّحاة في الأخذِ به، أو ردِّه. ويكشف البحثُ، إضافة إلى ما تقدّم، جانباً مهمَّاً من جوانبِ علاقتي التأثُّر والتأثير فيما بين أصول النحو، وأصول الفقه، من خلال بيان العلاقة بين الاستحسان النَّحويِّ والاستحسانِ الفقهيِّ، وتوضيحِ الفرق بينهما. وخُتِمَ البحثُ ببيانِ العللِ التي دعتْ إلى القولِ بالاستحسان والخروجِ على الأصلِ، ثمَّ خَلُصَ إلى نتائج لكلِّ ذلك.
