      This article suggests ways on how to help teenage fathers who have custody of their children. The mother of Bobby's child left the baby to him and his mother. Bobby has a problem with marijuana and he does seem to be able to keep a job. The first thing to do is to get Bobby into drug counseling. Teach him parenting skills. Also discuss the possibility of his mother joining a grandparent support group. Encourage Bobby to join a support group and help him get a job.
