The article focuses on theories about language from Aristotle and Postman. It mentions that Aristotle finds several differences between animal communication and human language, wherein human language does something that goes well beyond our bodies. It also mentions that for Postman, the uses of the language are mainly two intelligent talk and dumb talk.
