The purpose of this article is to present three examples of transgression of the school rules in three French-speaking texts in the Belgian literature: Execrable story of a Brabant hero by Jean Muno (1986), Feathers of the Cock by Conrad Detrez (1975) and The dormitory by Nicolas Ancion (2004). We will shed light on the common and distinct characteristics of the act of transgressing in each of the three texts in order to evaluate how the literary representation of transgression is a means for literature to confront the real world. Le propos de cet article est de présenter trois exemples de transgression des règles scolaires dans trois textes francophones de Belgique: Histoire exécrable d'un héros brabançon de Jean Muno (1986), Les plumes du Coq de Conrad Detrez (1975) et Le dortoir de Nicolas Ancion (2004). Nous éclairerons les caractéristiques communes et distinctes de l'acte de transgresser dans chacun de ces textes de manière à évaluer comment la représentation littéraire de la transgression est un moyen pour la littérature d'affronter le monde réel. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie przykładów transgresji reguł szkolnych w trzech francuskojęzycznych tekstach belgijskich: Histoire exécrable d'un héros brabançon Jeana Muno (1986), Les plumes du Coq Conrada Detreza (1975) oraz Le dortoir Nicolasa Anciona (2004). Naświetlone zostają zarówno podobieństwa, jak i różnice między formami transgresji występującymi w analizowanych utworach, dzięki czemu udaje się stwierdzić, że reprezentacja transgresji stanowi dla literatury sposób na zmierzenie się z wyzwaniami świata rzeczywistego.
