      紫杉烧类药物包括紫杉醇、多西紫杉醇、紫杉醇脂质体、白蛋白结合型紫杉醇、紫杉醇胶束与口服紫杉醇 等。 紫杉醇、多西紫杉醇可单药或与铅类、5-Fu、亚叶酸钙和靶向药物等联合运用于胃癌的术前、术后化疗，但不良 反应严重。 紫杉醇脂质体、白蛋白结合型紫杉醇、紫杉醇胶束与口服紫杉醇等新型紫杉烧类药物可明显减少不良 反应的发生率并提商疗效。 目前临床上对于紫杉烧药物的选择还没有统一的标准，仍需要大量的前瞻性研究进一 步明确其适用范围及不同制剂的适用原则。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
