      The article discusses the use of social media platforms by public libraries in the U.S. to provide a range of programming during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics discussed include programs offered by Oceanside Library in New York including story times, book chats and book clubs; the virtual story times filmed in the branches by a minimized staff at LA County Library, and the hosting of virtual Dungeons & Dragons games by the Brooklyn Public Library in New York and Normal Public Library.
