      The article presents information on controlling Salmonella in the poultry industry in the U.S. Elanco Animal Health conducted an industry survey for knowing steps being taken by the poultry industry for controlling Salmonella. Respondents with quality assurance or food-safety roles totally accepted that live-side production is the first part of Salmonella control.
