      The article presents few quality professional development for teachers on equity issues. Topics include the amount of time and money involved makes this impossible for some teachers; opportunities to swap ideas with teachers outside the district and the state; and the challenges faced by in-service teachers that do not get a lot of access to the education research world unless they're seeking graduate degrees.
