عاشت اي ا رن مرحلة من الص ا رع القوي على السلطة خلال العهد القاجاري ، وقد برزت العديد من الشخصيات السياسية في هذا العهد ، تميزت بعضها بالشجاعة والب ا رعة اللازمة لإدارة الدولة واستطاعت توحيد الولايات الاي ا رنية ، والحفاظ على السلطة من الطامعين بالعرش القاجاري ، منهم ابو القاسم قائم مقام موضوع بحثنا ، فقد كان وليا للعهد القاجاري وحصل على لقب الصدر الاعظم بعد ذلك ، حيث بينا شخصيته السياسية والوطنية اضافة الى خدماته الادبية ، اذ كان من الشخصيات الاي ا رنية المستنيرة في العهد القاجاري ، كما بينا حنكته في التعامل مع مختلف التحديات التي واجهت اي ا رن داخليا وخارجيا.
