      ABSTRACT Giardia lamblia is an intestinal protozoan parasite of considerable interest of public health and livestock it creates extensive morbidity and one of the earliest divergent Eukaryotes. The present study describes the easy, less expensive and more effective method of isolation of Giardia cysts from bovine feacal sample. The standard curve of known protein sample was made by plotting the absorbance it 280 nm wavelength versus bovine serum albumin different concentration 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100%.The total protein of the sample were studied by sodium doedocyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE)...
