      A contender to the post of Turkmen president and the water management minister of Turkmenistan, Annageldi Yazmyradow, in a TV address to viewers has presented his election programme. Yazmyradow's address was broadcast by the Turkmen TV Altyn Asyr channel during the flagship Watan news programme on 13 January 2012. In his election programme Annageldi Yazmyradow praised the presidential election and said: "The presidential election demonstrates full observation of national democracy and human rights in our independent and neutral forever country"...
