Development of Flame Retardant Viscose Wool Blended Molten Metal Splashing Resistant Fabric. (English)

The development key points of flame retardant viscose wool blended molten metal splashing resistant fabric were summarized. By analyzing the splashing process of molten metal, the development thought of product was confirmed. The property of flame retardant viscose and wool were analyzed. The melt splashing resistant fabric was produced following the worsted spinning process by blended spinning with polyamide para ar- amid and conductive fiber. Its properties were tested，The test results showed that the fabric had excellent flame retardant property. And it has a certain launderability. Under specific conditions, it had excellent protection property against melted metal solution. It is considered that the developed melt splashing resistant fabric can provide efficient safety protection for the related operating personel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
