    • Abstract:
Structure has been a fact in the history of International Relations. However, the role and impact of an international structure are of more concern than how a structure is formed. The article is aimed at clarifying fundamental factors that determine a structure. This research is necessary since the changing factors are argued to result in the changing of structure. The factors discussed in the article are international relation actors, interactions between these actors, the international system, as well as the distribution of power. These four factors are believed to interact and create impacts on the formation and movement of a structure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
