      This article examines Donald Trump's leadership, relying on the work of Hannah Arendt and Daniel Boorstin, as well as the pastoral and political notion of care. A premise of the article is that leadership cannot be adequately understood without considering the culture in which it emerges and is sustained. It is argued that the attributes of Trump's leadership (e.g., moral neutrality, preoccupation with image, and carelessness) reflect the neoliberal-celebrity culture. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
