      German-speaking groups in Italy. (English)
    • Abstract:
Ethnic diversity in northern Italy offers a unique view of the multiethnic society. The Italian government has long struggled with the right approach to ensure all local minorities the right conditions to preserve their way of life. Since the language is one of the most important attributes of identity, a lot of negotiations had focused mainly around him. Nowadays, the system of language and thus the ethnic rights and freedoms in Italy is relatively satisfactory in terms of minority groups. This work aims to answer questions related to the relationship between the German-speaking minority and Italian administrative establishment, hence the Italian language group. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
