      The article discusses conversion of VHS tapes into a digital format by the Kirkwood Public Library in Kirkwood, Missouri. Topics discussed include the use of software/hardware program VIDBOX for recording the footage from tapes, the conversion policy of the library for conversion related procedures development and an importance of dubbing in recording the footage from the VHS side to the DVD side.
