The Rise of the Critical Interview.

The article focuses on how critical interview has emerged as a major genre in literary and cultural studies. Topics discussed include to distinguish critical interview from the conventional literary interview with novelists, poets, and dramatists; wide array of other contemporary literary journals to taking up the genre such as the Bloomsbury Review, the Glimmer Train and the Tin House; and role of criticism as a helpmeet to literature, reviewing and praising literary works and authors.
