      The article offers information on the tax impose on streaming video services, including Netflix and Hulu. Topics discussed include the ways of offsetting that lost tax revenue and have imposed new taxes on Netflix and other streaming video services such as in Chicago Netflix is considered an amusement and is covered by the city's Amusement Tax; and discusses that ruling may make it more difficult for an Illinois or other state court to find that the Netflix Tax is unconstitutional.
