- Abstract:
The article discusses how companies are using focus groups with tools and techniques in order to understand their consumers. Topics include use of eye-tracking headsets, hand sensors and facial analysis to design and debug ecommerce sites and banking interfaces, biometric technologies, and use of galvanic skin response, eye tracking, facial recognition, screen recording and heart-rate monitoring.
