      The article presents information on the book "The Limitations of Science," by J.W.N. Sullivan. Readers of Sullivan who know his extraordinary talents for popularizing science will regret that in this book he subserves his brilliant exposition of the major aspects of the physical and biological sciences to a commonplace apology for certain theological dogmas. This interjection of religious interpretation is the more unfortunate since without it his book might have offered an effective disclosure of the fact that modern science does not impugn the reality of the non-cognitive phases of experience. Science is what people knows of reality.
