      The article focuses on the situation of refugees in the environment of hostility, growing culture of fear as the religious beliefs of refugees may become a threat to the state. It discusses how since the terrorist attacks on the European states, the U.S. government has refused to follow the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the constitution and instead participated in separating families in the U.S.-Mexico border.
