- Abstract: The article discusses the infrastructure surrounding the government's policy of deportation of immigrants in the U.S. during the early 20th century, including the use of railroad trains to deport immigrants. An overview of the inspectors of the U.S. Immigration Bureau Henry Weiss and Leo Russell's roles in border control and deportation is provided.
